Analysis of the state of the company with the help of IMP3rove or Digital Innovation Quotient, specialized tools for assessing the innovative capacity of companies developed by AT Kerney and the European Commission, or with Innovation Health Check Enterprise Ireland. The tools are designed in accordance with European standards for innovation management (CEN TS 16555-1, CWA 15899). 
 The prepared analysis covers an assessment of the company's capacity (but not only): 
 External environment 
 Guide and Strategies 
 Organization and conditions for success 
 Innovation processes 
 Results and tools to improve them 
 Comparative report on the position of the company compared to others in the sector at the international level. 
 2. Preparation of an action plan to improve the position of the company: 
 Internal changes, capacity building, communication channels, etc. 
 Opportunities for support from BIA 
 Specialized consultation needs. 
 3. Implementation of the plan with the active participation of company management. 
 The service package is provided by licensed consultants. 
 The Company may distribute, including publish, a validated Evaluation Report on its website. The company does not owe BIA remuneration for this package of services or fees to the owners of the instruments. If necessary, the company covers the travel expenses of the expert from BIA. At the expense of the company are the costs for the implementation of its planned activities. 
 The approved companies will be visited to meet with their Chief Operating Officer and Project Manager.
