The Bulgarian "Rosey`s mark" won gold medal at the international exhibition "Interfood & drink" 2017

The Bulgarian company for floral gastronomy "Rosey's mark", first of its kind with its products combining chocolate and Bulgarian rose oil, won a gold medal at the international exhibition "Interfood & drink" 2017, which took place from 8 to 11 November in Inter Expo Center - Sofia.

The innovative company won the gold for its unique sugar-free rose jam product. The product portfolio currently includes three product categories: jam, chocolate and tea.

The roses chocolate is handmade and is the first chocolate product of its kind with Bulgarian rose oil. The first product, dark-flavored chocolate with roses, was created in 2014, followed by two more flavors in 2015 - milk chocolate and white chocolate. All three with a distinctive note of rose, these chocolate bars are a real attraction for lovers of quality original chocolate.

The jam series features original recipes created and presented for the first time in 2016. Completely natural and with 100% fruit sugars, the new taste of rose jam is fresher and really healthy, because it contains apple juice instead of sugar or artificial sweeteners.
