Registration for the event is free . With the registration for participation you get access to the following opportunities:

· Access to the program from online webinars;

· Access to the b2Match platform to create an individual profile through which you can organize your bilateral meetings with international representatives.

On the day of the event, only participants with a minimum of one accepted bilateral meeting will be admitted online. If you have received a meeting request, you must confirm or reject it. Accepted bilateral meeting means that both parties have confirmed it and it is included in the schedule of participants.

Participation in the event is free of charge. Participants will be contacted by the relevant support office of the Enterprise Europe Network responsible for their country. For Bulgaria this is the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce.

How do we work?

Bilateral, pre-arranged meetings are a quick and easy way to meet potential partners. People meet for about 20 minutes / meeting, which is usually enough to make a connection. In view of the unforeseen situation with the pandemic, all meetings are held online through our platform, and for this purpose separate virtual meeting rooms have been created between the participants.

1. Online registration

· Register for the bilateral meetings and create your own profile for cooperation at the following link: https://free-from-functional-food-expo.b2match.io/

· Specify in Settings for your Support Office: Bulgarian Industrial Association ;

· Deadline for registration and scheduling of meetings: November 26, 2020;

· In your profile state what you offer and what type of cooperation you are looking for, put a personal profile picture; in the Marketplace you can set different "offers", depending on the partnerships you are looking for, as well as put photos of your products . All collaboration profiles will be published online and will be open to other participants. You can change your account at any time.

2. Promotion of published profiles

All profiles will be promoted by the organizers of the event and all other participants in the event will be able to view your profile and make an appointment with you.

3. Selection and request of bilateral meetings

E-mail notification

You will be informed by e-mail when you can start scheduling appointments. See which profiles are most promising for you. There are smart search options in the system that can guide you.

Book appointments

Once you have found potential partners, request a meeting with them through the system. You can always add more appointments, but keep in mind that appointments are managed on a first come - first served basis. You can arrange meetings, but other participants can also arrange a meeting with you.

Your personal appointment schedule

A few days before the event you will receive your personal appointment schedule. You can also check it online. The schedule includes the time of the online meeting and who you will meet. Be correct and follow your schedule!

4. During the event

By registering on the platform you will get access to the latest version of your schedule, including last minute meetings. An Enterprise Europe Network team will assist you during the event.
