Since the adoption of China's cybersecurity law in 2016, the Chinese state has developed a comprehensive regulatory framework covering cybersecurity, data use and data protection. Companies doing business in China, and especially those that generate data in China, are required to comply with these requirements.
The series of 7 webinars will be held every Friday and has the following schedule:
February 25 - Chinese Cybersecurity and Data Legislation - Overview of Institutions and Regulations
March 4 - China's Data Security Act and cross-border data transfer
March 11 - Personal Data Protection and Cross-Border Data Transfer Act
March 18 - Multilevel Protection Scheme 2.0 (MLPS 2.0)
