In times of crisis, businesses go through various stages of transformation, among which mergers and acquisitions are particularly important. This is the reason why we are preparing for the Bulgarian business online training on this topic. During the online training we will go through all the stages that an owner has to go through when he decides to find a buyer for his business. The focus will be on selling existing businesses, not on assets. The experience that will be shared is based on the environment and the deals that take place in Bulgaria, mainly with companies owned by Bulgarian entrepreneurs and not by multinational giants.
