International b2fair Brokerage Event during World Expo DUBAI 2020

The purpose of the event is to use the international dimension of the Dubai World's Fair to provide opportunities for European companies while exploring international markets and those in the Middle East.

The planned brokerage event will be multi-sectoral and aims to support a diverse range of SMEs, but will place special emphasis on all priority sectors in line with the theme of the exhibition "Connecting Minds, Creating the Future":

• Sustainable Development
• circular economy
• ICT
• Transport and Logistics
• innovation
• Industry 4.0
• car and e-mobility
• life science and biotechnology
• eco-technologies
• environment and renewable energy
• eco-construction
• MICE and tourism, as well as services for companies

The bilateral meetings will take place from 20 to 22 January 2021 as part of the World's Fair in Dubai and will bring together key professionals, pioneers and leaders from the listed sectors.

The event will include visits to industrial zones, thematic seminars, networking receptions and b2b meetings.

The deadline for registration for bilateral meetings is October 31, 2020. Registration for the event and bilateral meetings can be done here.

Due to the specifics of the organization, the event is paid. Registered companies cover their travel and accommodation expenses and pay a participation fee of EUR 250. The fee includes:

• Individual arrangement of b2b meetings
• Participation in an additional program of seminars
• Business visits / Special Economic Zones in Dubai with transport transfers included
• Entrance ticket to World Expo Dubai
• Participation in organized networking receptions
• Lunch during the b2b meetings at the World Expo Dubai.

After the event, participants will be asked for feedback from the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce.

18.30 - 20.00 Welcome Cocktail and briefing for the next days.

21st January 2021

10.00 - 13.00 Welcome at the World Expo & fine-tuning of the meeting schedules.

11.00 - 13.00 Thematic Seminar 1 13.00 - 18.00 Bilateral Business Meetings.

13.00 - 18.00 Official Networking Reception at the Luxembourg Pavilion.
